Cutting my hair made me feel like a different person and cool and awesome. 

I was so happy with it I started sending pictures to people I haven't talked to in years just because I was that excited. 

Then I had that ONE person respond with "good luck with the grow out phase". 

My response (in my head)- you hater, your jealous, and/or you hate it. 

Disregarded the message until about a month ago. 

I'm growing my hair out and sweet jesus it's insane, bananas, untamable.

I thought of you responder (you know who you are).

Anyway I decided since there is nothing I can do about making this process speed up

(I did consider prenatal pills) I will just let my hair be who it wants to be. 

We will meet up on occasion. 

I'm hopeful that on those occasions I will be able to get my hair looking like one of the photos above. 

Give it direction and a purpose- you know?
